By accessing and using Craftology, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Craftology for personal and commercial creative purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose outside of content creation
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Craftology
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you create using Craftology. We do not claim ownership of your creative work. However, by using our service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content to provide the service.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Complying with all applicable laws when using the service

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Craftology to:

  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Distribute malware or other harmful code

6. Disclaimer

The materials on Craftology are provided on an 'as is' basis. Craftology makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Craftology or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Craftology.

Craftology may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
